Jesus was born in a manager!
And He identifies with those who are poor and homeless.
Our Savior came to earth and dwelt among us and He is God with us today.
He is in the palace and He is in the prison.
Our Savior is a friend of sinners who died to set us free.
He came to seek and save the lost.
On December 10, gifts were given to 900 women at Woodman State Jail. The gift was extravagant: soap, moisturizer, a candy bar, and a devotional. Tears of gratitude streamed down faces.
Then we held a packed chapel service with enthusiastic praise and worship. Tammy and Tina, who were once incarcerated, gave testimony to the staying power of Jesus. They are graduates of the Hobby Unit Discipleship Unlimited Faith Dorm and are walking out their faith in the free world.
Their words and their lives bring hope. Jesus sets the captives free. We will continue these outreaches until Christmas. Sheer joy!
Christmas is spent on Death Row cell-to-cell ministry and Chapel services. What a celebration.
We are taking this message of life and hope to those with shattered lives and broken hearts. The response is overwhelming. Thank you for your partnership with us. This has been an awesome year. We appreciate you!
Merry Christmas
